Growing up with a father in construction for 40 years, I learned a lot about the industry. Having built a few homes from the ground up, covering every step of the building process, my knowledge of the different aspects of a homes construction is vast. After a few years remodeling in our family business I moved on to mortgage as a loan officer. I worked closely for years with realtors and home buyers and understand the ins and outs of a contract, financing and the need to stay on track for closing dates.
